His ideas and ears has led him to the band stand with some of the worlds greatest pacesetters in Jazz: Roy Ayers, Lonnie Listen Smith, Bobbi Humphreys, Ronnie Laws, Wayne Henderson, Kenny Garrett, Little Jimmy Scott, Reggie Workman, Roy Hargrove and The Duke Ellington Orchestra.
